how can i connect my stereo speakers witch are big subs with the red and black connection wires to my PC ?

As I read the question, you can't. You need something to power the speakers like an amp or a stereo receiver. Run the PC audio out to the stereo or amp.

If I'm reading the question wrong and you have red and black RCA cables going to a stereo, amp, or powered speakers you can use a mini-jack to RCA adapter available at any electronics store (see link). The mini-jack gets plugged into the computer audio or headphone out.
