Start Button

My bottom strip that has the start button for windows keeps disappearing?

I cant click on any of the links at the bottom . Does anyone know how to keep from doing this and to get the start button and time back?

its probobly set to auto-hide.

put the mouse at the very bottom of the screen until it pops up. then (while its still at the bottom) right click the mouse and goto - > Properties.

Make sure auto-hide is not checked.
