that you didn't know you'd be getting (though secretly wished for)?
I remember putting quarters in the token machine at an arcade in the mall in the 1980s and getting a "blue" token - the whole day free. I played Pole Position, Space Invaders, Frogger & Pinball for hours, until my mother shooed me out of the place, screaming bloody murder about abuse and the nine hours still left in the day, with a garden rake.
Other than that, the little dude encased in plastic from the supermarket vending machine that grew when wet was mad ill.

One time I went to make a call at a payphone, and it wouldn't give me a dial-tone. As I was cursing at it, I pushed the lever to get my money back, and $4.25 came out of it. It was great. I needed gas money. Back then, $4.25 could actually get you somewhere.
Hmmm...was that God revealing Himself to me as an unbeliever?
