can someone tell me the frequency of a games machine into the tv?

Apologies for the poor question. Can anyone give me an idea what frequency a sega dreamcast would generate on a TV i/p at the aerial. my son has been given a dreamcast but we cant seem to tune it on the tv. the auto scanner goes round and round,,,, an idea what sort of rf frequency would help so we can scan around that level.
