How can I get a job as a gofer on a movie set or with a movie company?
I'd love to do this while I'm still young, although I am in the UK so it might be even more difficult as I'd like to focus on the US medium?

Look up information on movie studios and production companies in your area first. London has lots of studios and production companies. Get their addresses and phone numbers and call them up and ask for an employment application. Then put in an application and see what happens.
It's the same thing in Los Angeles, too.
