someone is selling lots of ds games on just one cartridge is this possible?

im thinking of buying this of ebay ..is it possible or will it be a rip off..if possible how?

i've heard abot this and it's got somthing about downloading the games you want of the computer on to a chip which fits in the back of your ds. how legal this is i don't know but i know some one who knows someone who knows how to do it so i make look in to it myself
